Indian furniture brand Interio, a part of Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., has unveiled a new brand identity and business strategy, eyeing a revenue of 10,000 crore in the next three years, according to a company statement. Interio plans to expand its retail presence to 1,500 outlets nationwide as a part of its growth strategy, venturing into smaller towns and cities.
"We want to be a design-led value-based furniture solution provider of choice for millions of Indian consumers, evolving from a transactional business to a long-term relationship-based model focused on consumer experience, which is facilitated by our new brand identity," said Smit Ranjan, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Godrej Office Products.
Interio, present in over 70 Indian cities, achieved a turnover of 5,000 crore in the last fiscal year, according to the statement. Currently, 70% of the company's sales come from residential segment, with the balance from the commercial segment.
"We have grown exponentially in the last 10 years. The brand and the business have transformed in many ways, and the new brand identity is a reflection of this exciting evolution," said Shirish Saraf, Executive Vice President, and Head of Sales, Interio.
