Quess Corp is aiming to capture a larger share of the hiring demand from global capability centers (GCCs) of multinational firms in India, as demand from the country’s information technology (IT) sector remains subdued. Guruprasad Srinivasan, the CEO of Quess Corp, mentioned in an interview with Moneycontrol that the company is refocusing its efforts on tapping into the hiring needs from the GCCs. With approximately 1,600 GCCs already operating in the country and more expected to emerge, Quess is intensifying its strategies to meet the growing demand from this segment.
