Quess Corp has launched Jobspot, a blue-collar recruitment hub to address the rising demand for talent in India's industrial sector. The first two Jobspot centres, located in Narasapura (Karnataka) and Hosur (Tamil Nadu), aim to provide over 200 walk-in job seekers daily with opportunities in manufacturing and related sectors. The initiative connects job seekers with companies, ensuring the right workforce is placed in production and engineering roles.

The manufacturing sector, a key component of India’s economy, is projected to grow significantly, with its compound annual growth rate (CAGR) set to increase by 4% between 2023 and 2028. With Quess Corp already employing 67,000 associates in the manufacturing sector, up from 44,000 in 2023, the company plans to expand Jobspot to 15 centres by the end of this year. These hubs aim to provide employment to over one lakh blue-collar workers within 30 minutes, alongside access to skill development and social security benefits.

Jobspot’s focus includes addressing the gender gap in manufacturing, with special efforts to include more women in this workforce. The initiative is designed to streamline the recruitment process and support the growth of India’s manufacturing sector.
