Indian media recently reported that ICICI Bank has the lowest employee attrition rate among its private peers for at least the past three fiscal years.

According to the published data, the employee attrition rate at the country's second-largest private sector bank declined to 18% in FY25 from 24.5% in FY24. The figure is significantly lower than the average annual attrition rate of 22.1% across the Indian banking industry as a whole during this period.
