UK Seizes 180K Aston Martin Deposit From Andrew Tate In Tax, Money Laundering Probe

British authorities have seized a 180,000 ($216,000) Aston Martin deposit from controversial businessman and rapper Andrew Tate in light of a ongoing investigation for unpaid taxes and potential money laundering, reports the Daily Mail.

TheDaily Mail has exclusively accessed confidential tax documents that reveal the specifics of the ongoing investigation against the alleged fraudster and his brother, who reside in a 3million mansion in Surrey. The authorities are currently looking into the pair's bank accounts and assets in Britain and other countries, which may reveal further suspicious transactions.

The HMRC has not yet made a decision regarding the case but has given itself the authority to investigate all accounts and assets linked to Andrew Tate in the UK and abroad. The businessman has accumulated a net worth of up to 15million ($18million), according to the tax agency.

The revelation comes shortly after Tate was arrested in Romania on charges of human trafficking, organized crime, and sexual exploitation, leading to his subsequent denial of these allegations. His brother, John, was also arrested in the UK for alleged sexual exploitation.

The 32-year-old has amassed a following of over 1.2million on Instagram, where he posts daily regarding wealth creation and motivational topics. He has yet to comment on the seizure of the Aston Martin deposit.
