In response to the torrential rains affecting Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh, the Indian Coast Guard (ICG) has intensified its relief operations to protect vulnerable coastal communities. A total of 29 Disaster Response Teams (DRTs), comprising 148 trained personnel, have been mobilized across the affected regions.
