Minister for Municipal Administration P Narayana has unveiled plans to bring all primary, upper primary, and high schools under the P-4 concept in a phased manner. The state currently oversees schools run by municipal administration. Narayana visited Chinnabalaiah and Mallela Sanjeevaiah High Schools in the city on Saturday to inform officials of the decision, which follows Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu's directive to develop schools via the P-4 concept. It involves developing 15 municipal high schools in Nellore, which the Minister hopes to achieve by next June.
