Leading Indian firm Interarch recently announced its decision to invest Rs 95 crore in a new Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) manufacturing plant in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. This fourth fully integrated unit is situated on 4 acres of land, and the first phase, built at a cost of Rs 40 crore, is now complete. The plant will boost the region's industrial growth and increase job opportunities for approximately 500 people in the district.

The second phase of the plant, which will increase the company's installed capacity by 40,000 MT and overall capacity to 2 Lac MT per annum, is expected to be completed in 7-8 months. This phase will cost Rs 57 crore and will be funded through proceeds from Interarch's IPO.
