The Hyderabad City Police held the "Run for Action-2025" on International Women's Day at the People's Plaza in Hyderabad. Over 5,000 students participated in the event themed "Run for Action and Accelerate Action on Women's Safety and Women's Empowerment." Speaking to ANI, Commissioner of Police, CV Anand, stated that they chose to host this event to encourage women's empowerment and gender equality.

The CSMT to Shirdi Vande Bharat Express Train Hostess, Rubina Begum, shared her excitement, stating, "I wish all women a Happy Women's Day."

Lastly, Train Manager, Shweta Ghone, emphasized that it was a proud moment, stating, "When a woman becomes capable, she can make her entire family capable. If every woman becomes capable, then how can our country not progress?"
