Pharmaceutical Company Owner Refutes Accusations, Calls NCB Case a Conspiracy

Amid escalating tensions and a growing public outcry, the owner of Ballista Pharmaceuticals went live on social media to address the allegations of illegal drug trafficking. Denying any involvement in drug peddling, Mr. Bhandari described the NCB case as a deliberate attempt to silence him and defame his family and friends.

He asserted that he and his company have a clean track record, holding a valid license for the purchase and supply of tramadol and only dealing with hospitals and registered medical practitioners.

Web journalist Deepak Bhandari, who is also a partner in the pharmaceutical company, went live on social media to present his version of the story. He accused Drugs Control Officer Sukhdeep Singh of plotting the entire case as retaliation for a previous news story Bhandari had published about the officer. Singh refuted these claims, stating that Bhandari is trying to intimidate an honest officer.

Singh stated that he was following instructions from Kulwinder Singh, Zonal Licensing Authority (Drugs), Amritsar, when he joined the NCB inspection of two hospitals. He also alleged that Bhandari had previously tried to attack him in a separate case related to DSP Vavinder Mahajan.

As the story develops, Premium will provide more in-depth insights and analysis as new information emerges.
