The students who receive free bicycles from the government will now have easier access to education and transportation.

At the GHS in J Panguluru, Energy Minister Gottipati Ravikumar personally handed out bicycles to 316 students, stressing the ongoing initiative to provide necessary infrastructure for students since the beginning of the alliance government.

The programme is funded by corporate social responsibility (CSR) funds from entities such as ASSIST and Megha. Vidyonnati Foundation, Ongole also collaborated with the government to provide scholarships worth 3 lakh to 30 students at the event.

Ravikumar expressed his hope that government school students will be able to compete with their corporate school counterparts. He also distributed NTR Bharosa pensions to beneficiaries at J Panguluru village and distributed cheques from the CMs relief fund to 41 beneficiaries in the area.

Overall, he stated that the ruling party is devoted to supporting the educational needs of students to ensure they excel academically.
