In the first case, 4.26 grams of MDMA were seized from a 24-year-old man near Palarivattom. A few hours later, a separate operation resulted in the seizure of 14.52 grams of MDMA from two individuals, aged 29 and 30, near Karuvelipady. The individuals were arrested and the drugs confiscated.
