Andhra Pradesh aims to boost tourism through the creation of 10,000 new hotel rooms by March 2026 and 50,000 rooms by 2029, with the goal of generating employment and income for local residents. Chandrababu Naidu, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, urged locals, entrepreneurs, and NRIs to participate in this initiative by converting their homes into homestays or setting up tent houses to offer tourists unique accommodations across the state.
