PM Offers Condolences, Announces Ex-Gratia Following TDP Rally Tragedy

Condolences and financial aid were among the sentiments expressed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi following the tragic stampede at a Telugu Desam Party (TDP) public meeting in Andhra Pradesh's Nellore on Wednesday.
