Ganesha Visarjan takes place today in Hyderabad, and the police are on high alert. The procession starts from the Balapur Katta Maisamma Temple and goes through several other areas. Since it's a crucial event, the Hyderabad Traffic Police have issued notices regarding traffic diversions to avoid congestion.

There will be no other traffic allowed on the main routes between 6 a.m. on September 6 and 10 a.m. on September 7. People are requested to park their vehicles at NTR Stadium, Katta Maisamma Temple, Lower Tank Bund, Public Gardens, Behind Buddha Bhavan (Necklace Road), Adarsh Nagar Road (via Kalanjali), BRK Bhavan & GHMC Office Road, Institute of Engineers, Khairatabad, and MMTS Khairatabad.

Approximately 25,000 police personnel have been deployed to ensure that the festival is conducted smoothly, and there are no security issues. According to the Sisasat Daily, Union Home Minister Amit Shah is scheduled to visit Hyderabad on September 6, to attend the Ganesha Visarjan procession as the Chief Guest.

Will Amit Shah's presence make the event successful, or will it cause more issues with the heightened security? Stay tuned!
