An AI community centre is coming to Hyderabad, India, in association with Nasscom. The centre will provide free education on all AI topics from high school level upwards. Currently, Hexagon Capability Center India has 1,400+ employees but by the end of 2023, this figure will have risen to 1,500.

The centre will cover around 350 students per year across multiple batches and will form part of Telangana's 2020 'Year of AI' programme.

Hexagon AB's Group Chief Technology Officer, Claudio Simao, also confirmed plans to expand the company's presence in Hyderabad.
