The festive season is here, and so is the peak passenger traffic season for SCR Secunderabad and Hyderabad divisions. To meet the anticipated rise in demand, the South Central Railway (SCR) has devised plans to ensure seamless travel for passengers.

The SCR is gearing up to handle the additional passenger traffic expected during the festive season this year, Stretching from the forthcoming Dussehra celebrations to the end of the Diwali season.

According to recent reports, the railway authorities are leaving no stone unturned in ensuring that the passengers have a comfortable and convenient journey. They are undertaking extensive preparatory measures across key stations in both Secunderabad and Hyderabad divisions.

Plans for special trains and additional coaches on busy routes are also being explored, in addition to keeping the stations clean and ensuring the availability of catering and drinking water facilities.

Moreover, the railway staff has been briefed about the importance of being courteous and helpful to deal with any problems or complaints that may arise during this time.

Speaking of the preparations, the Executive Director of SCR, Mukesh Kumar Jain, said, "We are ready to handle the additional passenger traffic during the festive season this year. We have made all necessary arrangements at our stations, and we will also run special trains and add coaches to handle the rush."

Jain further emphasized the importance of maintaining a high standard of cleanliness at the stations and within the trains themselves.

He also added that adequate arrangements had been made for catering and water supply, thereby ensuring that all passengers have a joyful and comfortable journey with SCR this festive season.

With such comprehensive plans in place, the SCR is set to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable travel experience for all its passengers during the upcoming festive season.
