Fear and suspicion grip Hyderabad gated community after woman found murdered in her home.

Police have identified a young, recently hired employee as the prime suspect in the gruesome murder of a 50-year-old woman in her Hyderabad home. Cyberabad police have revealed that the suspect, named Harsha, is aged 20 and worked as a domestic helper for the victim, Renu Agarwal, for about 10 days before her brutal murder on Wednesday. Officers are urgently searching for Harsha, who is reportedly a native of Jharkhand.

The victim, Renu Agarwal, lived with her husband and son in the Swan Lake Apartments in Kukatpally. She was found tied up and stabbed inside her house. Police suspect that the perpetrator may have targeted the victim's house to steal cash, as Renu's husband, Rakesh, alleged that there may have been about Rs 1 lakh stolen from their home.

Police have not ruled out the possibility of the murder being connected to a missing domestic worker from another flat in the same apartment complex. According to reports, a man named Roshan, who worked in another flat, is also being sought in connection with the incident.

CCTV footage at the apartment complex shows the two domestic workers leaving the flat with a bag on a two-wheeler. Police have collected fingerprint evidence from the scene and are analysing CCTV footage from various locations.

As the investigation continues, fear and suspicion are understandably running high in the community, and neighbours are anxiously hoping for the culprits to be swiftly and successfully brought to justice.
