Hyderabad, a city in Telangana, recently experienced severe rainfall, causing flooding and traffic disruptions. Motorists were stuck in miles-long gridlocks, especially during the evening rush hour.

Various areas of Hyderabad received intense rainfall, with some of the worst affected areas including LB Nagar, Hayath Nagar, Uppal, and Vanasthalipuram. The precipitation caused waterlogging in low-lying areas, making daily life exceedingly difficult.

The rainfall also caused traffic congestion and vehicular gridlocks, leaving many commuters stranded during the peak hours in the city. The busy Vijayawada-Hyderabad highway was blocked due to vehicles stranded in knee-deep water.
