Calling all public health professionals! The Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health's Occupational and Environmental Medicine Residency Program is hosting a special presentation day, divided into two sessions, on June 27, 2025, to advance the practice of occupational health.
The first session, which runs from 9:00 am to 11:30 am, will feature first-year OEM residents presenting their practicum projects, showcasing their invaluable skills and knowledge. For those who can't attend in person, the session will be live-streamed via Zoom.
The second session, starting at 12:30 pm, will be just as exciting, with second-year residents presenting their residency research projects. Be sure to tune in for the announcement of awards around 1:55 pm.
CMEs will be available for US-licensed physicians for both sessions, so don't miss out on this opportunity to learn from the expertise within the program.
Session 1 covers a range of topics: from burnout and mental wellbeing in healthcare workers after natural disasters, to the clinical training experience in occupational and environmental medicine, pregnant women's health information seeking behaviors on social media, and more.
Session 2 covers important topics such as substance use in railroad workers and respiratory issues in military veterans.
Don't miss this opportunity to learn from the expertise within the program and to network with fellow public health professionals. This event is planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint providership of The Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and the Harvard Chan Education and Research Center.
