In the wake of Hurricane Helene, a comprehensive 12-month longitudinal study was conducted to examine burnout and mental wellbeing in healthcare workers. The study, presented by MD Tiffany Tam, aimed to identify the prevalence of burnout symptoms and explore the associated risk factors.
