In a powerful display of unity, the 27th Communist Party of India (Marxist) Andhra Pradesh conference convened in Nellore, attracting 362 delegates and 101 observers from diverse backgrounds. The event culminated in a massive rally from Atmakur Bus Stand to VR College Grounds, where CPI(M) Polit Bureau member Brinda Karat delivered a scathing critique of the central government's anti-people budget. She accused the Modi administration of pandering to corporate interests and undermining state rights, eroding India's federal structure. The conference's resolutions, adopted with unanimous support, reflected a renewed determination to fight communalism and promote Left unity in Andhra Pradesh.
