In a series of swift actions, police across the state have arrested and convicted individuals involved in various criminal activities, from theft and harassment to counterfeit currency operations.

In Nellore, Prakasam police demonstrated their investigative prowess by arresting Kampa Dwaraka, a 40-year-old woman, for a significant gold jewellery theft at the Ongole RTC bus stand. Nagaraju, utilized technical expertise to trace and apprehend the culprit, recovering all the stolen items. This efficient operation highlights the police's commitment to safeguarding citizens' property.

Moving to Tirupati, a 24-year-old man, Gundala Yeshu, faced the consequences of his actions as the Special POCSO Court sentenced him to three years of rigorous imprisonment for harassing a minor student. The police's detailed investigation and the court's decision send a strong message against such heinous acts.

Additionally, the VII Additional District and Sessions Court in Ongole sentenced Dudekula Saida Vali to life imprisonment for deceiving and harassing a Dalit woman under the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The court also imposed fines and imprisonment on Vali's parents for their involvement.
