Acting on the suppliers' confessions, the police arrested three consumers at a petrol pump in Rajendranagar. The consumers, Palaka Sai Babu, Kotha Vishal Reddy, and Plishetty Sameer, from diverse professional backgrounds, shed light on the syndicate's reach across various social strata.
