He met with Nitin Gadkari, the Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, on four occasions, persistently advocating for a solution.

Expressing gratitude, MP Prabhakar Reddy acknowledged the support of Minister Gadkari and Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for securing the funds.
