In a groundbreaking move, Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited (HMRL) has employed 20 transgender individuals as security personnel, marking a significant milestone in India's public transport sector. The newly recruited staff, now on duty across various stations and trains, underwent comprehensive security and behavioural training.
