Mahesh Babu Foundation Brings New Hope to a Young Heart

The Mahesh Babu Foundation (MBF) continues its mission of transforming young lives by providing critical healthcare support to children from underprivileged backgrounds. In association with Andhra Hospitals, the foundation has been instrumental in ensuring that children with serious medical conditions receive timely, high-quality treatment without the burden of financial stress on their families.

One such inspiring case is that of Panuganti Jathin Sai Krishna, a 9-year-old boy diagnosed with moderate secundum Atrial Septal Defect (ASD), a congenital heart condition. Recognizing the urgency of intervention, MBF stepped in to support his treatment journey. Jathin was admitted on 20 August 2025, underwent a successful device closure of ASD surgery on 23 August 2025, and was safely discharged on 25 August 2025.

This life-changing procedure not only corrected a critical heart defect but also restored hope and confidence to Jathin and his family. With expert care from Andhra Hospitals—known as “The People’s Pulse”—and the unwavering support of the Mahesh Babu Foundation, the child is now on the path to a healthier and brighter future.

The foundation’s initiative goes beyond medical assistance; it represents compassion, responsibility, and the belief that every child deserves a chance to live a full and healthy life. By supporting such critical pediatric interventions, the Mahesh Babu Foundation continues to make a meaningful impact—one healed heart at a time—standing as a beacon of hope for families in need.
