Mahesh Babu Foundation Brings a Healthier Tomorrow to a Young Heart

The Mahesh Babu Foundation (MBF) continues to touch lives by providing critical medical support to children born with congenital heart conditions. In association with Andhra Hospitals, the foundation remains committed to ensuring that financial limitations never stand in the way of a child receiving timely and life-saving treatment.

One such inspiring story is that of Avanigadda Sireesha, a 7-year-old girl, daughter of Rama Krishna, who was diagnosed with a large secundum Atrial Septal Defect (ASD). This condition, if left untreated, can significantly affect a child’s growth, energy levels, and overall quality of life. Understanding the urgency of intervention, the Mahesh Babu Foundation extended its support to facilitate her treatment at Andhra Hospitals.

Sireesha was admitted on 11 July 2025 and underwent a successful surgical closure of ASD on 19 July 2025. The procedure was performed by an experienced medical team, ensuring the highest standards of pediatric cardiac care. After careful monitoring and recovery, she was discharged in stable condition on 24 July 2025, marking a new chapter in her young life.

For Sireesha and her family, this journey was not just about surgery—it was about hope, reassurance, and the promise of a healthier future. The collaboration between the Mahesh Babu Foundation and Andhra Hospitals eased both emotional and financial burdens, allowing the family to focus solely on their child’s recovery.

Through initiatives like these, the Mahesh Babu Foundation continues to heal young hearts and restore smiles, reaffirming its mission to give every child the chance to grow, thrive, and dream without limitations.
