Minister for Roads and Buildings, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, assured the public that all necessary precautions are in place to facilitate a hassle-free journey. The focus is on major highways, where toll gates will be promptly opened to ease traffic flow, particularly at the notorious Pantangi toll plaza, known for its peak-hour jams. The minister's office has instructed authorities to be vigilant and responsive to prevent bottlenecks.

In a proactive move, the state government has implemented emergency measures, including strategic placement of ambulances every 20 kilometres and deploying cranes to swiftly remove any stalled vehicles. These measures aim to provide quick assistance and ensure the safety of travellers. Furthermore, a toll-free helpline has been established to offer additional support and guidance to commuters.

With police surveillance using drones at Suryapet, the authorities are employing modern technology to manage traffic efficiently.
