The Palle Panduga initiative has ignited a spark of development in Andhra Pradesh's villages, with a staggering Rs 318 crore investment in Nellore district alone. Endowments Minister Anam Ramnarayana Reddy, while addressing a gathering at Rajupalem village, highlighted the impact of this initiative, stating that it has created a Sankranti-like festive atmosphere. The minister, along with Nellore MP Vemireddy Prabhakar Reddy, inaugurated various projects, including drinking water plants and cement concrete roads across several mandals, marking a significant step towards rural development. The MP's dedication to maintaining these water plants with personal funds ensures safe drinking water for the residents, a testament to his service-oriented approach.

Nellore's rural transformation is evident in the numbers. Atmakur constituency has received Rs 36.12 crore for constructing 567 cement roads, and 172 Gokulams are underway. Ananthasagaram mandal has seen a significant boost with Rs 5.47 crore spent on 79 roads. The Jal Jeevan Mission has sanctioned Rs 66 crore for 335 works, ensuring improved water infrastructure. Additionally, the minister announced plans for temple construction, renovation of ancient temples, and monthly aid, adding a cultural dimension to the development drive.

With the Palle Panduga program, Andhra Pradesh is not just building infrastructure but also fostering a sense of community and pride in its villages. The state's commitment to rural development is evident, and the residents of Nellore are witnessing a new era of growth and prosperity.
