Hyderabad's bustling roads are set for a significant transformation as the city's traffic police announce major diversions and closures to accommodate the construction of an elevated corridor. The Joint Commissioner of Police (Traffic) has issued a timely advisory, urging commuters to adapt and plan ahead. The construction zone will see the closure of the road from Saidabad Y Junction to IS Sadan Junction, and partially between Saidabad Y Junction and Dobhighat. This closure is expected to cause significant congestion, especially near Nalgonda X Road and Owaisi Hospital, prompting authorities to suggest alternative routes.

Four-wheelers, RTC buses, and heavy vehicles will navigate a new path via the DCP South East Zone Office, Saraswathi Nagar, and Singareni Colony. The city's RTC buses will also follow a new trajectory, turning at Gaddiannaram and passing through Saroornagar Lake, ensuring commuters reach their destinations with minimal delay.
