In a strategic move to combat the growing traffic congestion in Greater Hyderabad, the Telangana government has appointed nine dynamic young IPS officers to key traffic positions. This decision, implemented on Saturday, is a direct response to Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy's call for a fresh approach to traffic management and law enforcement. Kajal, who served as Additional SP in Utnoor, has been posted as DCP, Traffic-II, overseeing the Golconda and Jubilee Hills Zones. These officers, along with their colleagues, bring valuable field experience to their new roles, ensuring a more disciplined and well-managed traffic environment.

The government's vision extends to the newly established Future City Police Commissionerate, where senior-level appointments have been made. This strategic move aims to strengthen the traffic administration across Hyderabad, Cyberabad, Rachakonda, and Malkajgiri Commissionerates, ultimately improving the daily commute for residents and visitors alike.
