However, the temporary thatched structure that initially housed the facility became unsafe, leading to a decade-long period of inconvenience as the dispensary was relocated to Jubilee Hospital.

Dr. Narayana's commitment to addressing this long-standing issue is evident in his statement, "After discussions with the Chief Minister, 30 lakh was sanctioned, and construction of the new building commenced today." This initiative reflects the government's people-centric approach, further emphasized by the introduction of ward-wise public grievance forums (Praja Darbars) to address citizen concerns.

The project has garnered significant local support, with Nellore's Mayor, P Roop Kumar Yadav, and corporator Ramakrishna in attendance at the foundation-laying ceremony.
