The online gaming industry has also been a target, with three individuals arrested for their involvement in illegal cricket betting, with transactions totaling a staggering 23.6 crore. The authorities have further dismantled investment fraud rings, arresting four mule account holders who deceived victims through fake trading platforms and WhatsApp groups.

The Cyberabad police have also made significant strides, detecting nine cases in just six days and arresting 12 individuals linked to pan-Indian cybercrime syndicates. These syndicates, operating through digital platforms, have been exploiting unsuspecting individuals, emphasizing the need for increased public awareness and vigilance.
