Hyderabad's Notorious Criminal: A Web of Fraud and Intimidation

In the bustling city of Hyderabad, a web of fraud and intimidation has been uncovered, with a notorious rowdy sheeter, Ayub Khan, at its center. With a staggering 79 criminal cases against him, Khan has once again found himself in the crosshairs of the law, this time for cheating and criminal intimidation.

The Shahalibanda Police have registered a case (Crime No. 47/2026) against Khan and his accomplice, Mohd. Farooq, after a man fell victim to their deceitful business dealings. The victim, lured into a partnership with promises of financial gains, invested Rs 4.70 lakh, only to have his trust betrayed. The accused allegedly misappropriated the business profits and failed to fulfill their financial obligations. But the scheme took a more sinister turn when the victim's gold ornaments, weighing six tolas, were taken under false pretenses and never returned, having been mortgaged by the accused.

The victim's silence, maintained for over a year, was a result of criminal intimidation. Ayub Khan, true to his rowdy reputation, threatened the victim with dire consequences if he dared approach the authorities. However, the victim's courage finally prevailed, and he reported the matter to the police, breaking free from the cycle of fear.

Deputy Commissioner of Police, Charminar Zone, Kiran Khare, has vowed zero tolerance for such criminal activities. "We will not allow rowdyism, intimidation, and extortion to thrive," she asserted. With special teams deployed to apprehend the absconding accused, the police are determined to bring justice to the victim and send a strong message to other potential offenders. This case highlights the importance of public awareness and the need for swift action against those who exploit and intimidate innocent citizens.
