Warangal West MLA's Monsoon-Ready Infrastructure Push

As the summer heat intensifies, Warangal West MLA Naini Rajender Reddy is gearing up for the monsoon with a proactive approach to infrastructure development. In a recent series of events, the MLA laid the groundwork for various projects, totalling over Rs 1,100 lakh, with a clear directive to officials: ensure timely completion and uncompromised quality.

The MLA's focus was on addressing civic issues in the 29th and 11th divisions of his constituency. In Potana Nagar, a significant step was taken with the foundation-laying of a storm water drainage system, estimated to cost Rs 825 lakh. This project, funded by UIDF and stamp duty funds, aims to alleviate water stagnation, a common concern during the rainy season. Additionally, community hall constructions were initiated, including the Dr. Babu Jagjivan Ram Community Hall, budgeted at Rs 187 lakh, and another hall in the 11th Division with an allocation of Rs 99.50 lakh. These community spaces will cater to the social and cultural needs of the residents.

MLA Naini's emphasis on quality and long-term benefits is a refreshing take on development. He urged officials to plan meticulously, mobilise resources, and execute projects efficiently, ensuring they are monsoon-ready. By strengthening the drainage network, the MLA aims to tackle waterlogging, a persistent problem during heavy rainfall. This comprehensive approach to infrastructure development reflects a commitment to addressing public needs and ensuring the well-being of Warangal West residents.

With the monsoon season approaching, the MLA's directive to officials and call for public cooperation sets a positive tone for the upcoming months. As the projects unfold, residents can anticipate improved civic amenities and a more resilient Warangal West, marking a significant step towards a brighter, more sustainable future.
