Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday met the family of a civilian killed in Pakistan shelling on the India-Pakistan International Border in Jammu.

45-year-old Zakir Hussain was killed when Pakistani forces resorted to shelling on the outskirts of Jammu on May 7.
