Texas native Scottie Scheffler has won the PGA Championship at Southern Hills, his third major title in 13 months.
The 25-year-old shot a final round 67 to finish nine under par, seeing him finish a shot clear of Cameron Young.
It continues a remarkable run of form for Scheffler, who won the Masters last year and the US Open in June.
"It's incredible," he said. "I couldn't be more happy with the way I handled the situations I had out there today.
"It's amazing to win your third major here at Southern Hills, a place where I've never played well before this week."
Scheffler began the day in a share of the lead with Young and Australia's Cameron Smith.
Young posted a final round of 70, while Smith shot three over par to slip down the leaderboard.
In a tense finale, Scheffler needed a par on the 18th to win but clinically rolled in a three-foot putt to seal victory.
"To win a championship by making a three-footer, it's not how you imagine it, but it's certainly special," he added.
The win sees Scheffler jump to the top of the FedEx Cup standings and extends his lead in the World Golf Rankings.
"The consistency has not been there, which has been a bit of a disappointment," he said. "But I've managed to have some really good weeks when it mattered."
Young, who was bidding to become the first player since 1958 to win the PGA Championship on his debut, was disappointed but upbeat after his performance.
"I'm bummed I didn't win," he said. "But I played really well and that's a learning experience.
"I'll take a lot of positives from this week."
