'Physicality and aggressiveness' Tuchel Asks Of England's Performances

After their 4-0 victory over Andorra in World Cup qualifying, England recorded another routine win, but that wasn't good enough for Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel, who shared his frustrations with the team, especially concerning their lack of physical performance.

"This is not enough from a physical point of view," Tuchel, who has enjoyed success with Chelsea since taking over in January, said. "This is not enough to hang onto the ball and to have the courage to play between the lines. This is not enough to accelerate the game and to accelerate the decision-making."

The 47-year-old German continued his honest assessment, highlighting the need for more "physicality and aggressiveness" whilst praising Andorra's performance, saying that they "fully deserved the win," adding that it was a good game for previewing clips to the team as "it was a good lesson in football to see how well you have to fight and how well you have to stick to your game plan."

Tuchel's comments may not be music to the English camp's ears, but the manager's honesty could prove to be beneficial for the team ahead of their next fixture against Poland on Wednesday.

Time will tell whether Tuchel's criticisms will spur on a better performance in the upcoming matches.
