WhatsApp has recently rolled out a new feature to help users manage their overwhelming inboxes. The messaging platform, which boasts over 2 billion users, is known for its concise and efficient messaging service, but sometimes that can come at the cost of leaving users with an excess of unread messages.

The new feature utilizes AI technology to create bulleted summary points of long messages, which can be accessed in a preview mode. It will be progressively rolled out in the US and will hopefully expand to a global audience by the end of 2023.
