Former Indian spinner Anil Kumble expressed his admiration for young Nitish Kumar Reddy's performance in the recent England-India match at Lord's and urged the management to invest in his potential and avoid the temptation to prematurely shift him to the fringes of the squad.

The young Indian bowler, Nitish Kumar Reddy, is making waves in the cricket world. After taking two crucial wickets in the recent England-India match at Lord's, former Indian cricketer Anil Kumble has expressed his admiration for the young player's performance and urged the management to keep him in India's Test 11.

Kumble, who is also the chairman of the International Cricket Council (ICC) Cricket Committee, which recently proposed a reduction in the number of Test matches to accommodate other formats, believes that Nitish's prowess with both bat and ball could make him a regular fixture in the Test 11.

"He is a brilliant fielder as well. With the bat, he has also shown potential and confidence to play big shots. This could be beneficial for the team," he further added.
