With Unfurling Of Flag, Honours And Inspiring Speech

Avinesh Mohanty, Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad, celebrated the 78th Indian Independence Day with officers and staff at the Cyberabad Police Commissionerate on Thursday. The day was marked with solemnity and a series of events to honour the sacrifices of freedom fighters.

Mohanty unfurled the national flag and conveyed his heartfelt Independence Day greetings to all citizens and staff. He paid tribute to the freedom fighters who fought for independence and self-rule.

In his address, the Commissioner inspired everyone to draw motivation from the sacrifices of the freedom fighters. He emphasised the importance of maintaining harmony in the society and serving the public with utmost dedication as the police officers and staff.

He further commended the Cyberabad police force for their exceptional efforts in maintaining peace and order in the community and commended 15 officers on Telangana Formation Day 2024, rewarding them with the Uttam Seva Pathakam.

Additionally, eight officers were awarded the Ati Uthkrushta, Uthkrushta, and Uttama Seva Pathakam medals for their outstanding performance on various occasions. The ceremony served as a reminder of the freedom fighters' sacrifices and the officers' commitment to serving others.
