Popular actor Jr NTR, who is also known as the Young Tiger of Telugu cinema, turned emotional while addressing the Cyberabad Traffic Police Annual Conference. The event was organized in conjunction with the National Highway Safety Month. Jr NTR addressed the event as the Guest of Honor, where he spoke about the loss of his family members in a road accident. The Temper actor said that he didn't attend the event as an actor, but as a citizen and a victim who has lost two of his family members in a road accident.

He recalled the unfortunate demise of his elder brother, Nandamuri Janaki Ram, in a road accident that took place in December 2014. His father, a politician and actor, Nandamuri Hari Krishna also met with a car accident in August 2018 and passed away. Jr NTR has become a prominent advocate for road safety and traffic rules ever since. He urged everyone to follow traffic rules and abide by the road safety guidelines to prevent such tragedies.

Jr NTR is currently working on the Rajamouli-directed RRR, a mega project starring Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt, and Ajay Devgn.
