Hyderabad, the city of pearls, has just added another gem to its crown. Yulu, Indias largest shared EV mobility tech firm, has launched its services in the city. With this launch, Hyderabad added another eco-friendly transportation option, aligning with the government's aim to provide comprehensive intra-city mobility infrastructure.

The rollout will see Yulu introducing its purpose-built shared EVs, which are specialised for city roads. The company will initially deploy its DeX EVs in the Cyberabad Commissionerate area. These EVs will help support the government's goal to promote sustainable urbanisation and ultimately create jobs.

Speaking at the launch, Jayesh Ranjan, Special Chief Secretary, Information Technology and Industries & Commerce, Government of Telangana, noted that the government is committed to advancing the electric vehicle sector. He highlighted that Hyderabad's young and tech-savvy population makes it an ideal area for the adoption of innovative electric mobility technologies.

This launch will certainly support the administration's goals and continue to uphold the city's reputation for progress and innovation.
