Breaking the border of its residential forte into the city of dreams, Mumbai, DLF is set to launch its first residential project in Mumbai's Oshiwara on July 17. The project which got approval from MahaRERA recently, is anticipated to have apartments priced between Rs 5.5-7.5 crores.

This move is seen as a strategic one as Andheri's Oshiwara is becoming a prominent hub for the film industry due to the presence of multiple film studios in the area. The project is speculated to be a high-end one with amenities like rooftop helipads, infinity pools, and duplex penthouses.

Speaking of the project, a spokesperson from DLF said that the company is looking to cater to the needs of the clientele who are already well-established and belong to an affluent background.

The spokesperson also added that the project would not be targeted solely towards the Bollywood crowd, but also to the affluent population looking to buy properties in Mumbai. The project is expected to be a huge success amongst the high-end spectrum of the population as DLF has a strong customer base in Delhi and other northern cities.
