Naidu arrived at the helipad in Kanuparthipadu village, Nellore rural mandal, at 1.15 pm and was greeted by the administration in grand style. The wedding was held at the VPR Convention Hall in the same village. The Chief Minister blessed the newlyweds, Gokul Riswanth and Divija, before leaving for Undavalli at 2.18 pm.

Among those welcoming the Chief Minister included MPs, MLAs, and NUDA Chairman Kotamreddy Srinivasulu Reddy, along with the Collector of Nellore, O Anand, and SP Krishnakanth.

This was Chief Minister Naidu's first public appearance after the Election Commission of India (ECI) announced the schedule for elections to 175 assembly and 25 Lok Sabha seats in Andhra Pradesh.
