Electoral Fraud Rising Polls Station Restructuring Aided by AI Optimize Poll Locations for Voter Ease

Polling stations in the Nellore City Assembly Constituency in India will be reorganized to ensure accessibility for all voters. The move aims to make voting easier and more accessible, with each station catering to between 800 and 1200 voters and located within two kilometers of every voter's residence. The restructuring is part of the Special Summary Revision 2025 initiative to boost voter registration and address concerns with the electoral roll.

Commissioner Nandan highlighted the importance of awareness campaigns to encourage young voters, stressing the need to align electoral rolls with household addresses for sequential listing and ease of voting. The meeting at the Command Control Centre of the Nellore Municipal Corporation emphasized the role of Booth Level Agents and Officers in resolving voter concerns. The election commission will shortly initiate training sessions for Booth Level Officers to ensure timely solutions to problems. The meeting was also attended by Assistant ERO Shafi Malik, Deputy Tahsildar Anand Rao, Election Superintendent Padmavati, and Chakrapani.

The move is part of a broader effort to strengthen the country's electoral process and ensure that every vote is counted.
