Indian telecom provider Vodafone Idea (Vi) has expanded its 5G services to nine new cities, with promises of unlimited data and versatile plans to suit every budget and need.

As the company continues to compete with giants like Airtel and Jio, Vi is striving to make 5G connectivity accessible to everyone, everywhere. With its recent expansion, 39 cities are now 5G-enabled catering to a population of nearly 20 crore people farewell for the latest development in the telecom sector.

The company is also offering a wide range of prepaid plans to attract new customers. These start at Rs. 245, providing unlimited data at a speed of 20 Mbps along with unlimited calling privileges.

According to a company statement, Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar in Gujarat, Faridabad in Haryana, Ghaziabad, and Noida in Uttar Pradesh, Mumbai, Pune, and Thane in Maharashtra, and Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh are the new cities to receive the Vi 5G services.
