Quess Corp's demerger process, which aims to unlock value at India's largest third-party supplier of private-sector staffing needs, is expected to be completed within a year. Chairman Ajit Isaac mentioned that the company may soon file an application with the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).

Isaac explained that the re-rating of the businesses due to a simpler and more focused structure is a key reason for the demerger. This approach allows each of the newly formed entities—Quess Corp, Digitide Solutions, and Bluspring Enterprises—to better focus on their core operations, providing greater capital allocation flexibility, improved market position, and other benefits.
