Quess Corp, a prominent staffing and facility management firm based in Bengaluru, has received approval for its demerger plans from both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE). In an interview with CNBC-TV18, Kamal Pal Hoda, the Group CFO of Quess Corp, expressed confidence that the three newly formed entities will be listed by the first quarter of fiscal year 2026.

As part of the demerger, Quess Corp will focus on workforce management, Digitide Solutions will specialize in insurtech and the HRO business, and Bluspring Enterprises will concentrate on facility management and industrial services. Hoda highlighted that the demerger process is progressing well, supported by steady sales growth, consistent financial performance across all platforms, and enhanced leadership positions within each business segment.
